Inga Kukura

Inga Kukura, MS, OTR/L, TIPHP

Inga Kukura received her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from North Carolina State University. Inga has worked with various patient populations including geriatrics and individuals with neurological conditions. She developed a passion for pelvic health after giving birth to her first child. Inga received pelvic health sub-specialty training and a trauma-informed certification through The Functional Pelvis. Inga treats all pelvic health conditions and is committed to providing quality, patient-centered care for all genders.

Occupational pelvic therapy includes the same internal/external treatment techniques, exercises, and behavioral recommendations as pelvic health PT. However, pelvic OT also takes a functional approach to rehabilitation that includes attention to the client’s physical and emotional well-being within the context of important life roles and personal/professional environments. This holistic approach allows clients to be empowered in the roles and activities that are important to them.

Inga enjoys spending time with her two amazing kiddos, being outdoors, and practicing yoga. Her passions are cooking (with a particular love for international cuisines) and dancing Argentine tango.
