What a few months this has been! We are so looking forward to seeing again those of you who have paused your treatment plan due to COVID-19, and also looking forward to meeting some new folks who have had to hold off due to the current health crisis.
Telehealth Options
While we are open for in-clinic appointments, please note that Telehealth will remain an option! Even prior to the pandemic, Grace PT was planning to launch Telehealth services for the convenience and accessibility of both local and distance patients. We have had much success implementing this program, and it will remain available indefinitely, allowing us to provide care for those who are unable to attend in-person visits. If you are interested in this option, and would like more information on how it works – book a free 15 minute telehealth consultation.
Guidelines for In-Person Appointments
Our providers are flexing their treatment days/times to limit the number of people in the office at any given time. As many of our providers are also parents trying to navigate the challenges of childcare, we appreciate your understanding and flexibility in this regard.
Collectively, we have implemented a set of re-opening guidelines to ensure our staff and patients feel safe, comfortable, and protected when they enter our office. Not only will providers and staff be wearing facial coverings and taking additional time to sanitize clinical spaces between patients, but our clinics have been rearranged to encourage social distancing as much as possible. We would like to request the following of all individuals entering our clinics:
- Please come alone to all visits (with the exception of a chaperone if preferred)
- Please have a facial coverings in place over the nose and mouth while in the clinic.
- Please wash or sanitize hands upon entering the clinic.
- Please avoid entering the office space until 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
- Please do not attend therapy appointments if you feel ill, have a fever or have recently been in contact with anyone who is ill. We reserve the right to ask anyone who appears sick to reschedule their visit.
How To Schedule An Appointment
Please call the office or request an appointment online as soon as possible to schedule your in-person therapy visit. Our staff is prepared to answer any questions and discuss any concerns you may have as we enter this new phase of care. We will do our best, as always, to make any necessary accommodations. Please bear with us and remain patient as we work to implement these new policies and procedures.
We look forward to seeing everyone again and ensuring you continue to meet your health goals.
Be well,
~The Team at Grace Physical Therapy
